(S1 E2) 2nd trip for repairs. Roof, floors, siding, turn power on. Florida Mobile home refurb

This trip down we plan on doing enough repairs to pass inspection to turn the power on, so we cut the trees off the roof, patch it for now (metal roof soon) repair the water ruined floors, new doors installed, front and rear. Bathroom and bedroom floor, closet repair where the roof leaked into. Of course we did some riding on the db36 and the hellcat, explored some trails. Both bikes broke down and we had to do roadside repairs. Met some of the neighbors and other riders, even people who watch my videos! ,I love crystal river!
We have been visiting and vacationing Florida our whole life, we lived on the east coast in the 90's then moved back to the Northeast, but something kept drawing me back to Florida. This time we decided to check out the west coast since the east coast where we used to live had exploded and is way too populated. Crystal River area is a nice quiet old Florida kind of town so we have been visiting there for the past 5 years and started looking for property.
We finally found something very inexpensive with an old Mobile Home on it, so electric, well and septic included (no $6000 impact fees) and pulled the trigger.
Follow along on our adventure to fixing up this old crappy trailer into our winter vacation cabin paradise! hehe
