The Idol of Religion with Jim Hohnberger

Why do we have so many denominations? Could be because of the description found in 2'nd Timothy 3,5? Having a form of godliness but without power. Do we have Chist living in us, or are our religion just a cherished creed accepted intellectually and in this way just an Idol?

John 17:21
"That they all may be one, as thou Father art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us; that the world may believe that thou has sent me."
