(S1 E4) AC checked, septic pumped, bedroom floor done, new trailer, used tractor, Kayaking

This trip down we worked on the air conditioner, which still is not working properly, found the septic tank and had it pumped, had ROOTS in it, put the vinyl rolled floor down in bedroom and did some Kayaking Fort gulf beach and Crystal river preserve and the gulf of mexico (shell island). Found an awesome spot with tiny crabs and snails. Visited honeymoon island too

Crystal River area is a nice quiet old Florida kind of town so we have been visiting there for the past 5 years and started looking for property.
We finally found something very inexpensive with an old Mobile Home on it, so electric, well and septic included (no $6000 impact fees) and pulled the trigger.
