ASSESS POSTURE WITH THIS TEST!

In this video, we went over the soaring test. This a back extension test this is done on the swiss ball. This test challenges the postural system as you resist gravitation pull in this position. Ideally, we are looking to hold the position for 3 minutes straight without coming down. If you can't do three minutes, reduce the time and work your way up.
