(S1 E5) 3 floors done, back yard cleared and mowed, kitchen painted and 2-” container delivered!

This trip down we worked on putting the vinyl flooring down, laminate and rolled. New stove, painted the old cabinets, bought some kayaks, had a 20' container delivered. Pulled the poles in the back yard cleaned up the old wire fence and mowed!

Crystal River area is a nice quiet old Florida kind of town so we have been visiting there for the past 5 years and started looking for property.
We finally found something very inexpensive with an old Mobile Home on it, so electric, well and septic included (no $6000 impact fees) and pulled the trigger.
