Man Tied to Tree For Breaking Lockdown Rules in Shijaingzhuang, China 石家莊防疫新招：將出門者捆在樹上

On January 18, a video is circulated on the Internet, showing a man who violated the lockdown rules in Gaocheng district of Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China being tied to a tree with a rope by local community workers as a punishment.
This video also shows community workers welding the door because someone had violated the rules.
1月18日，網友發佈視頻，顯示在河北石家莊市藁城區，一名違反規定出門的男子，被當地街道工作人員用繩子捆綁在樹上以示懲罰。
還有一戶人家，因有人違反規定，街道工作人員用電焊把大門給焊死。
