There are so many different ways to increase your immune system's capabilities.

That's why I wanted to give you my top 5 ways to boost your immune system.

1. Sunlight.

Vitamin D and bright light are so important for well functioning humans. We need light, we thrive off of it. When we don't have light, things can go wrong. Our immune system gets thrown off and so does our circadian rythym.

Exposing yourself to bright light is an easy way to get rid of this. If you live in an area that doesn't have much light, I recommend using a red light.

2. Grounding

I'm a massive proponent of touching mother earth with bare skin and allowing the healing properties to take hold.

By grounding or earthing, you actually help balance your positive and negative ions leading to calcium gated ion channels closing (whereas prolonged exposure to emfs can leave them open.) See the book "Healing is Voltage" for more.

3. Exercise

Of course I had to include exercise for immune boosting. Getting in daily movement and exercise keeps the body in a productive state and allows you to control the stressors you get daily. This in turn leads to adaptive growth and a stronger more resilent immune system.

5. Sex

If you are in quarentine and looking to boost your immune system with your partner, then sex is the answer.

There are so many benefits to sex, but for now just have some more and watch your immune health improve miraculously.
