Sata Cable Riser Watt Usage - 3080, 3080 LHR, 3090 GPUS

We are going to measure how much watts does a riser need during max usage. Is the sata cable suitable for powering risers. Does the cable get hot, does it melt, are their any potential problems.

When running 2x 3080 LHR cards on one sata cable. The watt usage is around 77 watts. That means that each 3080 LHR GPU consumes 37.5 watts. What are the effects on the cable? Is it safe?
