ISV Columbas - Secret Manned Mission to Mars

Published on Jun 30 2012 this is an 16mm film reel stated to be genuine mission footage from an joint Soviet/US Mars mission in 1973 named ISV Columbus,though apparently the film was never intended for public release and distribution with it's use said to be strictly for NASA and Air Force personnel during classified meetings regards the secretive Red Sun Project missions.The entire footage again it is stated runs for some 40 minutes with this clip the apparent 2nd joint Soviet/US manned mission to Mars taking place on August 28 1973.The crew where named as:Elliot See Commander,William.B.Rutledge Pilot and Vladimir Ilyushin Crew Member.

Though many claim the film an eloborate hoax but could not the same be said of many of NASA.s productions which raises the notion of just who the hoaxers really are?.
