Pit Boss | Smoked Pork Butt for Pulled Pork. The Pit Boss 1600 did a great job and thanks to Nate for giving me these simple little work arounds!! It seems to have helped a lot on this cook!! Now these Honey Mustard Smoked Pork Butts and the pulled pork were incredible with this rub combination I used!! The Jackpot Honey Mustard rub from PS Seasonings along with the Two Pig Mafia Salt n Pepper from SuckleBusters as a base layer absolutely crushed this cook with flavor!!! I even liked the Jackpot Carolina Gold BBQ sauce!!
