(S2 E2) Fence, gates, more property, repairs, MooSoo battery vacuum, HAWK TIME!

Put some “AC renew in the old air conditioning unit, seemed to unblock something,
Finally installed a fence and gates, hopefully people will not think it's abandoned anymore.
Replaced GFCI oultet, parents new camper and I got the New Moosoo MOOSOO Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, Ultra-Powerful 26Kpa Suction Stick Vacuum with 3Hrs Fast Charging M24 for cleaning up the sand on the floors. Ate at Coney island hot-dogs
Also visit Hunters park, pretty awesome place to watch the manatees and fish go by

Crystal River area is a nice quiet old Florida kind of town so we have been visiting there for the past 5 years and started looking for property.
We finally found something very inexpensive with an old Mobile Home on it, so electric, well and septic included (no $6000 impact fees) and pulled the trigger.
