When you only develop vertical lines of definition on your abdomen, one down the middle and one on each side, you have 11 abs. The obliques' edge is marked by these side lines (the side abs).
Many ladies are scared that if they don't execute the appropriate exercises, they'll go from 11 abs to a full-fledged 6-pack. When I first started working on my abs, I was terrified.
