In CCP's China, No One Dares to Help the Old Man on the Ground 四川老人倒地無人敢扶

On March 2, 2021, around 17:14 pm, an old man fell down and had a convulsion in the West District of Panzhihua, Sichuan Province, China, and the video showed many people passing by, but no one helped him.
The local government later said that the video was incomplete and that the fallen old man was later rescued.
On November 20, 2006, Peng Yu, a Nanjing citizen, accompanied an elderly woman Xu Shoulan who fell on the road to the hospital for a checkup. However, later on Xu Shoulan claimed that it was Peng Yu who knocked her down, and demanded compensation. Peng Yu refused her request.
Peng Yu was eventually sued and ordered to Xu Shoulan RMB 45,876.
After that, similar cases of fraudulent adulteration have become increasingly common in China. Some netizens have described the verdict in the Peng Yu case as a setback of 50 years in the moral values of the people of China.
2021年3月2日下午17點14分左右，中國四川攀枝花西區一老人意外摔倒後出現抽搐，視頻顯示周圍不少民眾路過，卻無人施救，後來政府闢謠說，此段視頻不完整，摔倒老人後來得到了救助。
2006年11月20日，南京市民彭宇陪同一名在路上跌倒的徐壽蘭老太太前往醫院檢查，結果遭徐壽蘭訛詐、索賠醫療費，彭宇拒絕了老人的要求。在各種調解失敗後，2007年1月4日鼓樓區法院向彭宇提出民事訴訟，2007年9月5日，南京市鼓樓區法院主審法官王浩判決彭宇付給徐壽蘭45,876元人民幣。
彭宇案發生後，類似訛詐攙扶者的案件即「碰瓷」在大陸越來越多。有網民形容彭宇案的判決結果讓國人的道德觀倒退了50年。
