API Tutorial (Java) - Part 14: Config Enums

Provides all the details on how to start a project from scratch and build it into a fully functional and secure system, complete with OpenAPI documentation, running on Amazon AWS and available in the RapidAPI marketplace, easily managed and updated with zero down-time for best accessibility and experience for customers.
Part 14 adds Java Enums to remove our "magic strings" used for configuration keys, and does some additional cleanup in the server code.
