Why I "DO NOT" Use Public Ranges!

I've been to some great ranges that I trust however they are outnumbered by those that I don't. Safety is important and public ranges have proven, in my opinion to be anything but safe. These are my stories and opinions.
(Keep in mind, not all public ranges are like this and some are run well) Do your research to find out which type of range your visiting. Safe or Unsafe?
