This is an exact from a live demonstration given to Year 5 (10-11yo) school students. I showed them how gravity can speed up or slow down their watch, ever so minutely...
It was part of a practical class on forces.
It is NOT about clocks running at different speeds due to Einstein's theory of general relativity.
