To District Attorney Jeff Rosen: LG Town Council & PD Crimes

To District Attorney Jeffrey Rosen,

In case you aren’t already aware, I want to make sure you are aware that the Town of Los Gatos is breaking many laws:

Officer Hoyt admitted to me that he is being paid to protect Mayor Marico Sayoc and her husband, Jeffrey Scott, who violently attacked and threatened a woman at the October 5, 2021, Town Council meeting. You know there were many witnesses, including me. Police Officers are prohibited from getting involved in civil matters. This is a civil matter. This is very wrong!

The Los Gatos PD interfered twice with the service of the Restraining Order issued to protect the woman who Jeffrey Scott threatened with death. This is a civil matter.

The Los Gatos PD continues to interfere in the serving of the Restraining Order. This is a civil matter.

The Town Council is restricting our Right to Protest. This won’t be tolerated.

The Town Council has restricted our Right to Free Speech at the Town Council meetings by preventing the People from speaking in person and only via Zoom Meetings. This won’t be tolerated.

There are other laws being broken which I will disclose to you when the time comes.
