Climate change is the biggest issue dividing the world. Yet China is allowed to continue as the top polluter. Is the world doing enough to fight climate change if China’s not required to do much until 2030? That year, China will promise to peak its emissions. Then in 2060, they will become carbon neutral. Given the track record and their repeated failure to keep climate change goals are met with only appeasement from the global climate body.
