AUSTRALIA - The army is now transferring positive Covid cases and contacts in the Northern Territories to ‘Quarantine Camps’ by an army truck on orders from chief minister Michael Gunner and cleared by Prime Minister Morrison. So it wasn’t a conspiracy theory then.
