The time may be now: Amend the Constitution through Convention of States

People, particular libertarians, express concern of a runaway convention. However, any proposed amendment, which itself requires 34 states, must be ratified by 38 states to be adopted. I just don't think a horrible amendment could pass through 38 state legislatures. That seems VERY near impossible.
