Appearing on "Real Time with Bill Maher" recently, former Senator Heidi Heitkamp called Gina Carano a Nazi and made the charge that the actress "hangs out with white supremecists".

Ms. Carano does not appear to be amused. Is this defamation? Is this actionable?
