Revelation 13:11-18 "The Second Beast"

The second beast rises up out of the earth. The first beast rose up out of the sea. The dragon stood on the seashore and called them forth. The Bible tells us that the dragon is Satan, we can clearly infer that the first beast is demonized a power and the second beast, we are told in later chapters, is the false prophet. We are told that the state and the false prophet work together. The false prophet only has power in the presence of the state, the The false prophet, in turn, causes all the non-believing world to worship the state. In this sermon, we look at what all this means and what do we see going on in our world today.
