Reverse Sear Ribeye Pellet Grill #Short

Here is how I Reverse Sear Ribeye on a Pellet Grill. This time I used my Traeger and a couple cast iron pans to get these dang near perfect!! Wow they tasted amazing with that Chop Shop from PS Seasoning! This is a fantastic way to get a great steak every time but ya got to have them cut thick!! Yes these were medium rare but I forgot to turn down my dang above the head aputure light storm-----ugh rookie move!!! Thanks for watching and join the Nation!!!
