Five killed, more than 40 injured when fast-moving SUV drives through Wisconsin holiday parade

Police say they have a person of interest in custody after a fast-moving SUV broke through a barricade at a holiday parade in Waukesha, Wisconsin, killing at least five and injuring more than 40 people.
