Drip coffee is still a classic time tested method for making a good cup of coffee. This brand UCC Roast Master is a well designed method to make drip coffee from a uniquely designed satchet one cup at a time instead of a big coffee pot.

I tried the medium roast and was very pleased with it.

Here are the steps:
1. Tear the bag and pull out the sachet
2. Pull out the hangers from both sides and place it over cup
3. Tear the top perforated piece off sachet
4. Heat 150-200ml of hot water (92°C recommended)
5. Pour over enough water to fill whole bag and then stop wait 20 seconds to let it soak
6. Slowly pour over the rest of the hot water making sure it doesn't overflow the sachet
7. Wait 3mins and remove sachet. Add whatever you prefer (milk & honey). Enjoy your Java!
