Paul Kasper and Bradley Marshall had a problem, they are both highly talented musicians, but they also have high levels of integrity which prevented them, for their own reasons, from getting injected.
But unable to quash their creativity they wrote a song that yesterday was performed before 400 K plus people .
Together they are inspiring not only Melbourne but the country and who knows

"Paul and Brad first met in a high school band.
Performing from prahran to the esplanade hotel, Paul and Brad are both instrumentalists, vocalists, and songwriters.
Through the experience of the pandemic, Paul and Brad realised that they shared not only a love for music, but the same frustration and helplessness in the face of a medically segregated draconian future.
It was this frustration that inspired the duo to write their original song Rise, which was recently performed live at a flagstaff Melbourne freedom protest in front of 500,000 people.

While initially fearful for their futures, Paul and Brad have a newfound optimism that through their music and the strength of every dissenting protestor, that the people can regain their lives they once knew and loved, without succumbing to medical coercion."

Tonight we are honoured to get to meet these brave artists on Cafe Locked Out.
