Back down! Love Florida. Finally tore up the 2nd bedroom floor and put sheet vinyl down.

Saw 2 Gopher Tortoises fighting! That is a first for me.
Bought a BOAT (Break Out Another Thousand) Launched it at Fort Island Trail boat launch, had a great 10 hours and 50 miles trial on boat!

Crystal River area is a nice quiet old Florida kind of town so we have been visiting there for the past 5 years and started looking for property. We finally found something very inexpensive with an old Mobile Home on it, so electric, well and septic included (no $6000 impact fees) and pulled the trigger.
