Took the Kayak out for the last day here, was a relaxing enjoyable paddle on the waters in Crystal Cove saw 2 gators and a ton of land crabs

Crystal River area is a nice quiet old Florida kind of town so we have been visiting there for the past several years and started looking for property. We finally found something very inexpensive with an old Mobile Home on it, so electric, well and septic included (no $6000 impact fees) and pulled the trigger.
