Registering the abandoned Viking row boat to put an outboard motor on it. Any boat that is propelled by anything gas or electric must be registered. I showed removing decals, cutting new decals 3”, said how to register an abandoned boat that has no registration in CT, life jacket rule, horn rule, audible device, tether new USCG rules and fire extinguisher.
Then I install a storage box made from a harbor freight 50 caliber ammof plastic box, bolted to the bow.
