St Vincent Ferrer | One of the Greatest Saints in history ... yet forgotten by time.

St Vincent Ferrer of Valencia, Spain was one of the greatest saints in the history of the church.

He’s called the thaumaturgus. The Greek word thaumaturgus (θαυματουργός) means miracle-worker.

His life was so abundant with the miraculous, it was considered a miracle NOT to see a miracle in His presence.

In art, St. Vincent Ferrer is often depicted with angels’ wings, holding a trumpet. He was a fiery preacher, one demanding penance and fidelity to the Gospel.
