Grunt Proof Survival Games | Are Backpackers Survivalists | Coming November 2021

Coming this November 2021, I will be participating in a survival game hosted by YouTube channel Grunt Proof. This will be the first Grunt Proof Survival Games put on by Randall, the channel owner. I’ve interacted with Randall over the last couple years, enjoying and learning from his content.

The objective of the Survival Games is to have contestants participate in a 4-day SERE event where the they will go head-to-head to see who is the ultimate survivor!

The question is, Are Backpackers (like myself) survivalists? Maybe not in the traditional sense of the word, but any backpacker/outdoorsman worth his salt should be capable of surviving in the wilderness for a lengthy period of time. As long as they're prepared, a backpacker's outdoor adventure inadvertently becoming a fight for survival, should really make little difference when it comes to making it back to civilization. I’m here to prove that this backpacker will survive.
