I got an email from a customer asking how far you can really trust online cigar companies. It's an interesting question, especially for a guy who runs an online cigar company... but I digress. It's a great question, especially when you consider the posts of people who talk about getting a raw deal from an online vendor. It happens in just about every industry, but with cigars, the quality of condition matters more than it does with a lot of other products.
