WHISTLEBLOWER VIDEO: DELAWARE COUNTY EMPLOYEES TRY TO COVER UP FRAUD IN 2020 ELECTION!!

James Ziegelhoffer ("Ziggy") is an employee of Delaware County "Delco", PA. This video took place on June 18th, 2021, at the Voting Machine Warehouse in Delco. Employees were tasked with fulfilling a Right to Know Request (RTK) filed on May 21, 2021. The request specifically asked for a copy of all tapes and return sheets used to certify the 2020 General Election. In this video James Ziegelhoffer ("Ziggy") admits that they are throwing away tapes, but that is because they are "of no audit value".

Federal Law 52 USC 20701, states, "Retention and preservation of records and papers by officers of elections; deposit with custodian; penalty for violation: Every officer of election shall retain and preserve, for a period of twenty-two months from the date of any general, special, or primary election."
