What is the significance of a historical date in your life and why do you tend to hold on to such dates?

Better yet, do these dates hold a monumental and fundamental changes in your path forward?

Routine decisions we will make in the future will be based off of the happenings.

It would be naive to think that they won't.

It will happen without even reference or memory of the date in question.

Our character is formed from them and our future choices will be made using this experience.

Some may be too young to remember the Monica Lewinsky affair. The impeachment was all over the front page of the 1998 Columbus dispatch newspaper.

This time in history would change my critical thinking for future events, It would set the stage for noticing the little things. #dbrn
