In this video, we went over three variations of the hip extension. The hip extension works the posterior sling system primarily which consists of the muscles from the planter fascia and linking all the back muscles up to the back of head. These exercises will help keep the glutes, back, and legs strong while also offering a balance/stability component because the swiss ball creates an unstable surface. Let me know what you think!
