18,000 still trapped in Canada's massive flooding

The floods that have wracked British Columbia, and cut off access to port of Vancouver, are sparking fears that it may be the costliest disaster in Canadian history. Many people are still stranded, including in remote mountain regions. Matthew Larotonda reports.
