[PAC] Payback round 1 by GaurdianDragonLord Creeper World 4

An interesting set of maps from GaurdianDragonLord using the PAC mechanic. In this first map, the only thing I can complain about is the lack of an indicator of how much ERN you have. This, among other things, was fixed 1.1. :) Fun map with LOTS of AC and all the special units. I don't think he left a single one out! lol Lots of fun, even if I was only at about 14FPS for the entirety of the level... Great job!
