Blue and Gold Macaw Talking - Snuggles the Macaw

I have a blue and gold macaw. My bird exhibits precisely this behavior about 2pm every day. I call it after lunch talking practice. He sits on a perch and says different words, tries to pronounce new words, and generally preens himself. This goes on for at least an hour. He doesn't do it if it's raining outside, but if it's sunny, he's going to do it. I've heard him say some pretty interesting stuff over the years.
