2nd Level Laundry Room-Where is the Drain Pan?

While conducting a home inspection, Troy noticed that the 2nd floor laundry had a flimsy foil dryer vent, which isn't against code but not preferred. The worst part about this laundry room was that the drain pan for the washing machine was sitting up against the wall doing nothing.
