How long can you hold these 4 powerful exercises?
What is it about these planks that are so darn effective?! Sure, I can film hundreds of plank variations (and I have, you betcha) but returning to the classic positions always hits our core and body just right.
My advice: focus on breath, releasing the neck/shoulders and visualize a weightless feeling.
I have friends who can hold a plank for hours. Can you? My longest was 7 minutes and it was excruciating (and fun). What a challenge. Slept great that night.
