Hongcheng Temple in China Closed, Monks Forced to Return to Secular Live 甘肅紅城寺被關 僧侶被逼還俗

Recently, the historical Hongcheng Temple in Linxia, Gansu Province in China was forcibly closed by the local government and the monks were violently evicted. The evicted monks sat in front of the temple, mourning and crying, and pulled a banner to protest: "Forcing monks to return to their secular life is illegal and unacceptable!"
近日，甘肃临夏著名的红城寺（又名御令宝塔寺）遭当地政府强行关闭，僧人遭暴力驱赶。被逐僧人坐在寺庙前悲恸痛哭，拉横幅抗议：“逼僧还俗，国法不容！”
