OSHA Mandate Dropped! Small Businesses Rejoice!

After being put to the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, OSHA decided that enforcement of their incredibly evil and unconstitutional coof mandate. Before the Court could render a verdict, the regulatory body did that job to prevent being destroyed in public for the world to see; too bad!
