The Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit to bar ViacomCBS from selling their publishing imprint, Simon & Schuster, to Penguin Random House. Attorney General Garland says that it would create a company that's too big for the industry -- essentially a monopoly. So, exactly how big are these companies? Is Penguin Random House really so large that it would exert too much control over what's published?

And why have there been no rumblings from the DOJ over the WarnerMedia / Discovery merger?
