We've now seen the first trailer for Moonfall, the upcoming disaster pic from Roland Emmerich, as well as the first teaser for the HBO Max series Station Eleven, and after the cancellation of Y: The Last Man, perhaps it's appropriate to ask whether or not you're even interested in this kind of story. Have we experienced enough "battle fatigue" in the real world that we're no longer eagerly awaiting the next "end of the world" story?
