Judge orders former Raider Henry Ruggs III to appear in court after missed breathalyzer test

A judge has ordered former Raider Henry Ruggs III to appear in court again after she says he failed to provide a scheduled breathalyzer test. Attorneys for Ruggs say the reason for missing it was because the machine was not working, so instead, he took an at-home test.
