With this in mind I ask the following question, “If the country of Gibraltar is 119% vaccinated and planning to implement the same restrictions found in places that are less than 70% vaccinated and they are experiencing an exponential rise in cases causing their government to cancel official Christmas functions - my question is - will it ever end?”
