OFFICER Buchanan EXPOSES female MINOR

Officer Buchanan of the Cedar Park Police department pulled over one of the PEOPLE at Bank of America and then proceeded to get her personal information under color of law.

While pretending to be protecting her privacy the public servant actually revealed her age to be 17, thereby exposing a minor to the world.
