Officer Archbell is Off his LEASH

While pressing on in Cedar Park tx one of the PEOPLE encountered a stray dog off his leash by the name of Archbell.

He was yapping and barking orders once again that he couldn't back up which cost him and his department any remaining trust they might of had.
