So first, you need to understand that insulin resistance doesn’t happen overnight. It’s a long process of eating the wrong foods that our bodies were not designed to eat. This Eating of wrong foods causes various health complication.

Insulin resistance is a condition that you develop after years of consuming too many carbohydrates and/or eating too frequently. It takes years to develop insulin resistance, and it also takes years to reverse it.

Depending on how insulin resistant you are, it might take 1-5 years to reverse it.

How do you reverse insulin resistance?
You reverse insulin resistance by following a low carb high fat ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting.
