PALMER STEPS to the PRESS & DOUBLES DOWN on JACKBOOT MENTALITY

PALMER & Officer Graves responded to a call of someone trespassing and panhandling then somehow they ended up finding the guy at Starbucks. The questions began imeadiately in front of the entrance, creating a unnecessary scene and possibly hurting business with PALMER and Officer Graves tag teaming the suspect.

When the guy passed PALMER'S field sobriety test which consisted of a couple of questions regarding what he drank and whether it was in a can or a bottle and then the toughest question of all was "what day of the week is it" he was given back his ID that he never needed to provide in the first place and let go.

Then One of the PEOPLE PRESSED on PALMER about whether he had learned what "disturbing the peace" was and he insisted Seargant Roby hadn't taught him anything which was obvious as he STEPPED to the PRESS and DOUBLED DOWN on his JACKBOOT MENTALITY.

A nice conversation took place with Officer Graves after that and he said he would try to talk to PALMER about Cohen vs California.
